here is a panel from the cover i recently completed of the upcoming title "Guardians of the Forest" written by Graham McNeill and published by Black Library Publications under the Warhammer label(due to be released in september). it is a part of a vertical banner, with a little extra space on top and bottom for a scrolling crop, though i think it holds together pretty well as presented. i especially enjoyed working the dynamic/static angle on this panel. i really relished the opportunity to work a bit outside of my normal range. as to detail and scope, keep in mind that this panel's printed size is no more than 2x4 inches. overall, it was a very fun gig and those folks were terrific to work with.
